Our National Charity
Each year the Foundation chooses a charity that shares our national footprint. We will then seek to make a material difference to the chosen organisation, primarily through OCU volunteering and fundraising activity.

Through the Foundation, we invest in local causes, community projects, and charitable initiatives that make a real difference to people's lives. We work closely with our colleagues, who help identify the organisations that matter most in their local areas, ensuring our support reaches the communities that need it most.

Our Family
OCU highly values its team and recognises that there are times when extra support is needed. The OCU Foundation also provides for the OCU Family, where and when it’s really needed. A hardship fund exists to assist in the cases where it makes a material difference to the team member and their family. The fund allows colleagues to stand shoulder to shoulder when it really matters.
